Introduction: With the start of the new year, the CHISAGE ESS team embarked on a new journey. The Solar Energy Fair kicked off on January 16th at the Ptak International Exhibition Center in Warsaw. CHISAGE ESS showcased a range of star products at booth F4.33 and invited everyone to join us in unlocking the green potential of the Polish market.

Poland has long been the largest coal producer in Europe, with coal accounting for nearly 70% of its energy mix. Influenced by global climate change and the tensions between Ukraine and Russia, the energy crisis in Poland has become increasingly significant, with rising coal prices and rapidly rising electricity prices. For this reason, the Polish government hopes to further increase public demand for photovoltaics, increase subsidies for photovoltaic projects, and further develop the photovoltaic industry. In 2018, Poland’s installed photovoltaic capacity of 203 MW increased to 3.8 GW in 2021 and further increased to 4.9 GW in 2022, becoming the third-largest photovoltaic market in Europe. According to statistics, between 2021 and 2040, Poland’s investments in the energy transition could reach up to €355 billion.
